About Me

I am an Assistant Instructional Designer at the Flexible Learning Division, Centre for Continuing Education, University of Regina. I primarily work with online courses, helping improve student and instructor experience, including pedagogical coaching and design suggestions. I also end up doing a fair amount of tech support. I am interested in technology, especially how it intersects with teaching and learning. Gadgets fascinate me and I no longer know how to function without a cell phone. The digital world feels pretty comfortable for the most part. I love to write and occasionally find myself researching for fun. I am back in graduate school after spending some time working and considering my career path. I am working on my second masters degree (my first is an MA in Religious Studies), this time it will be a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.
